The Flow Series includes both portable and rack-mountable converters, featuring the same amazing features and intuitive design.

Flow 2

Flow 2 is a 4K up/down/cross converter that can fit in one hand. It's equally suited for on-camera as it is on a desktop or mounted behind a screen.

Flow 2 also has a few unique features not found in Flow Edge, including:

DCI 2K and 4K cinema video format support
Powered by POE or external power adapter
Compatibility with optional Studio Shelf - Install up to three Flow 2 devices (or other Science Image standalone converters) into a single rack space shelf

Flow Edge

Flow Edge takes all the great features of the Flow 2 and builds them into a 1U rack. It's available in 2-channel, 4-channel, and 6-channel configurations.

Each channel of the Studio Edge has its own independent power switch, so you only need to power up the active channels.

Cooling is managed intelligently based on the number of active converter channels.

Video Conversion and Transport

Employ Science Image Flow Series converters for transporting video over long distances while converting to and from different formats. Flow Series also supports embedding of analog audio into the video stream and monitoring on the receiving end.
